Mail not responding
Mail launches but a few seconds later I get the spinning color disk. Invoking the Force Quit command lists Mail as not responding. Restarting does not solve the problem. I am using a 27-inch iMac (2013), MacOS 10.12.6.
I know this question has been asked in the past, but most threads date from several years ago and it appears that the solutions no longer apply. In particular, deleting certain files from the Library folder (in my current system the files do not exist, have been moved, or have been renamed) or changing certain preferences. So I am looking for a current, up to date solution, applicable to MacOS 10.12.6.
Thank you!
