in app store why i found a different apple I'd?

In the setting of my iPad 2, that is working perfect, I find a different apple id when I go to update the apps, come out my wife email. Its so strange and stressing...;)

The apps were purchased with someone else's Apple ID. You can delete the apps from your device and use your own ID to buy them.
