why is apple store saying my apple id is disbaled

it’s not letting me download apps it keeps saying my apple id is disabled

And are there instructions with this message? Have you tried following them>

Try resetting its password (and then logging out and back in everywhere) : If your Apple ID has been locked - Apple Support

no,it just states “your apple id has been disabled” and i clicked ok because there was no other option
