external HD not repairable

Tried to mount my external HD but Disk Utility is unable to mount it(not repairable). I'd like to transfer files to another external HD but if I can't mount it I won't be able to do that. I really don't want to format it since I'll lose all my data.

I tried a trial version of Stellar Volume Optimizer but I got a message saying "directory is an encrypted logical partition"

Any suggestions on how I can safely proceed to get this disk mounted/repaired?
