Cannot Connect to apple store

Hi. (I'm new to this forum)

I have just got a less than 2 years old Ipad Pro and configured it via Icloud safecopy from my older Ipad (standard)

Everything works fine - exept from the icon for Apple Store. It only says "Cannot connect to Apple Store - try again"

The Ipad Pro runs IOS 11.0 and I guess the Icon is ment for a lower version - but how do I update it, without being able to connect to the store?

There is also a mark indicating that a new software version is available, but the Ipad claims that the software is ajour
