Finder flashes and freezes when dragging file f...

Hi, I am using Macbook pro 2017 with touch bar. I've recently found this annoying problem. When I drag file from the download folder located on dock (beside trash icon) to a non-empty folder, the window will start flashing and become unusable as shown in the photo. The weird thing is that screen capture can't capture the flashing window but instead the screenshot looks just fine.

This problem only happens when I drag file from the download folder, if I drag file between two finder windows, it works without problem.

This problem only happens in the first mode as shown on the pic above. Second mode works fine.

Any suggestion will be highly appropriated.

I've seen the issue reported many times since High Sierra. IMO, it is a bug that needs to be sorted out with an update. Interestingly most report that it happens in column view and does not happen when switching to list view.
