I need help with my ipod verifacation

I have my iPod here and I had to erase it because it was stolen from me but I recently recovered it, And I have all the info to prove its mine. So I'm trying to restore all my apps and data and such but I need the 2 step verification and I have the number that is on it but I'm not receiving the texts and it said that I've sent to many verification texts so it won't let me send it out. Help Me Please
