my mac book Air died due to tea pouring on it! ...

my mac book Air stopped working due to tea pouring on it! devastated!! it is an older model Macbook Air 2011.  The operation system is Mac OS 10.10..  I took the macbook Air to repair shop.  Originally nothing was working - no battery , power , nothing.  They managed to fix the power issue and it starts up but the screen is white.  They say the logic board is damaged but cannot fix it.  Perhaps replacing it would help but not sure.

I have full backup of Macbook Air through time machine. Can I have all my information retrieved ( full retrieve ) from Macbook Air to a Macbook with OS 10.11.6 ( MacBook - Retina, 12-inch, Early 2015, 1.2 GHZ intel core, 8GB memory 1600 MHZ DDr3)? I am grateful for your help.

Yes. Do you need anything from the MBP? If not, erase it and restore from the MBA's TM backup: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204350
