Time Capsule Unrecognised Apple ID or password

Hi all, I have an unusual set of circumstances I hope you can help with.

My Macbook Pro was stolen. As part of recommended security precautions I changed my Apple ID and password.

As soon as I did my Time Capsule started flashing amber. It looks like it doesn't recognise that I changed my Apple ID and password and found a conflict in Backup My Mac.

The recommended fix is to go into Airport Utility and amend the password there for Backup My Mac. Which of course I can't do because I don't have a Mac any more.

Windows version of Airport doesn't seem to have anywhere I can change the password, nor does Airport Utility on my ipad.

I could always "ignore this issue" as an option on my ipad airport utility, but there must be a way to permanently change this password in my time capsule without having a macbook.

I am looking at a new macbook in another month or two: can I assume that when I log in to the airport using the airport utility on the new macbook I will be able to amend the password?
