Internal Device Error Occurred

Since the iOS 11.0.3 update, I cannot longer sync my photos to my iPad. I try to load 700 or so jpeg, but only around 200-300 load before the message pops up "The iPad ..... cannot be synced. An Internal device error occurred.

My Movie App had disappeared taking with it the movies I had on my iPad.

Some Apps no long work and there is no update for them in the App Store.

Apple you have screwed me as as some of those Apps were paid for !!

Whatever you think you have done with the update to the iOS, it is a failure.

I am NOT going to add to my troubles by updating to High Sierra as up until now most of my devices and my iMac and Mac Book Air have been serving me well.
