"Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed For assis...

I keep trying to purchase a game from the iTunes store on my computer I have a iTunes gift card but everytime I hit buy and ok it says

"Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed For assistance, contact iTunes at www.apple.com/support/iTunes/ww/" I can't get it to work i've tryed two different forms of payment and the same thing comes up can anyone help me?

While I understand the intentions of this response. What is one to do when they get this over and over again? I have had the same issue. I chat with support (that option is unavailable now) and they fix it for a short time and it just keeps happening over and over and they tell me that they cannot ensure it won't happen again.



What the **** do they do to get it fixed for you? Because they have YET to resolve this issue with me

I have a little problem with my apple ID account. My son is playing Fifa 2014 on my iPhone and today he asked me to give him 100 $ . I thought i have 100 $ on one of my cards . We tried to pay once and then the card has been blocked . the issue was : " Your purchase could not be completed. For assistance, contact iTunes Support at www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/." I contacted once and i have seen that nothing changed . Please, can you unblock that because i told my son I give him that. After that if it was a real problem then block it from iTunes store, I really don't care so much but I told him something, so you may understand the situation.

At last, my prob. Got solved.. I send an email to them and one of their support tech replied to me and she said she made an adjustment on my itunes set up and it works...  I suggest to u folks to send them an email to fix ur prob... Good luck...



Hello Rasheed, send them an email on contact support and someone will be in touch with you to assist u.....the same thing they do to me..good luck..



I got this now the 4th time in 2 weeks. Everytime I email support, they reset it for me (after 1-2 days) and it will work. 2-3 days later it will happen again (maybe sooner, I won't know till I try to pay for something again)

 

This is REALLY annoying.



Just happened to me a 2nd time this week. And on the weekend when they don't open, sigh.



Same here its been a mounth since this happened



They happened to reply via email within the hour.

Got sorted after a few exchanges.

 

All good once more.
