iMac 2012 keeps restarting

My iMac keeps restarting.

I mainly noticed this happening when I left transferring files - however last night it happened while I was using in. Before the crash it was really sluggish, music I was playing was glitchy, before the mouse finally froze and it shutdown. It even crashed half way through writing this post!

I've zapped pram, turned off sleep and checked the power cords. An old thread said to run his command in terminal:

syslog -k Sender kernel -k Message CReq 'Channel t|GPU D|I/O|n Cause: -' | tail | open -ef

It returned this result: Previous shutdown cause: -62

Any ideas?
