Battery random drain

I have been having issues with the battery on my watch randomly draining 20, 30 or 40% at once. I never know how much battery I have left. I get around 12 hours a day with minimal usage. I don't have any programs running or anything out of the ordinary on it. I have talked with apple on the phone, in the store and sent in the Watch. Each time no one actually listens to the actual problem and runs the battery diagnostics and says it's fine and sends it back. I have reset the Watch multiple times. Completely erased it and set up as new and nothing fixes the problem, but apple refuses to even look into the issue because of their "protocols" saying the battery diagnostic is fine. Instead of actually listening to the customer and trying to figure out the problem. Only thing I can do at this point is hope 3.2.3 fixes the issue or sell the Watch. Anyone have similar issues and know how to fix it since Apple won't?

Hi

Battery life varies depending on use and other factors. Examples are detailed here:

Apple's tips for maximising battery life on Apple Watch are detailed here:

If your Apple Watch is experiencing significantly shorter battery life than Apple's examples suggest that you should expect, then it may help to follow these steps, which have previously resolved battery life issues for some users, including when usage has not changed:

  • Unpair and re-pair your watch:

  • Some users have previously experienced battery life issues in connection with using corporate profiles and/or Exchange Calendars. If you are using an Exchange Calendar, one or more of these steps may help:
    • Archive your Exchange Calendar for all items before today.
    • Remove / delete all old inbox messages relating to calendar invites (accept and decline notifications).
    • Create a rule in your Outlook Mail account that moves all future accept and decline replies, immediately upon receipt, into a separate mail folder that does not sync with your iPhone and Apple Watch.
    • Check your Exchange Calendar for errors.

Having tried the previous steps, if the issue persists, I suggest contacting Apple Support (mail-in service may be available, if required), making a Genius Bar reservation or visiting an Apple Authorised Service Provider for assistance, including - if recommended - to have your watch checked again:

I have done everyone of those things you just posted if you read my post. I sent it in and they didn't do anything. Regardless of what I'm doing the battery should not randomly go from 100 to 60% without hitting any of the numbers in between. Apple refuses to do anything to address the issue because the have their quote protocol. I was just told this on the phone by apple.
