Empty trash problem

When i click empty trash button(do not hold option)，it come a prompt window,then click confirm empty trash, window disappear and trash has been emptied, but an extra prompt window come out  and it's stuck there can not click button , only restart the Finder to get it to go away. reinstall high sierra problem still there.
