Itunes crashes when I plug phone in to PC to sync
I have an apple appointment tmr and need to back up my phone but Itunes crashes/freezes/becomes unresponsive the second I plug my phone in. I have updated EVERYTHING. I have uninstalled and re-installed everything. Nothing seems to be working.
