accessing itunes on my pc

I got a new pc for Christmas and am trying to access my apple music/iTunes from my iPhone membership on the pc. I've had to redownload it a number of times and now I can't even find it on my pc. I have downloaded for windows 10 and 64gbversion. How do I access it?
