Can't import CDs Windows 10

iTunes 12.7.1 running on Windows 10. When inserting a CD nothing happens.

Edit > Preferences> General> "Ask to import CD" is checked. Is there a way to manually import CDs?

Assuming iTunes has detect the CD there will be a small CD icon to the right of the media selection tool. Click this.
