Running out of Disk Space using Keynote

Hey all, I'm working on a Keynote presentation for a Masterclass I'm giving in a few weeks and it has a lot of content, videos, etc. right now the size of that Keynote file is around 5Gb.

Well, I've noticed this morning I had used around 150Gb of my 500Gb disk, and a few minutes ago I got a notification my macbook pro (2017) was running out of disk (around 8gb left).

I captured this (it said 21Gb left)... What I don't get is how is it possible that I have 361Gb used as "System"?

The only thing I did today was working on that Keynote file for just 3 hours or so... It doesn't make any sense.

Do you know how can I free up some space?
