How to Get Mac and iPhone to Auto

Hey y'all. I was wondering if anyone could help me fix my set up.

I have a dual band router and I want my Mac to connect to the 2.4 GHz and my iPhone to connect to the 5GHz. Speed tests have shown them to be faster on the opposite networks. However, since I'm using the same ​​Apple ID and iCloud Keychain on them, they want to always connect to the same one. If I forget one on one device so it'll connect to the other, the other device forgets it as well.
