Itunes will not display app windows10

I am using windows 10. Since update to 12.7 itunes will not display any apps in itunes. I deleted and tried re-installing to no avail.

I have also tried re-loading purchased apps - will not load any. I cannot get to appstore also.

 

I have external copy of all my apps but do not know where to include this folder in itunes.

I am using iphone6, ipad and mini ipad.

There were major changes in iTunes 12.7. iTunes is no longer used to manage apps. See: Changes in the new iTunes - Apple Support

 

Also note the following from the above link; it may help if you have some apps that you cannot redownload of some apps that you want to manually add:

 

You can find iOS apps, ringtones, and books (PC only) that you've already downloaded in your iTunes Media folder.

If you have an iOS app, ringtone, or book that's no longer available for redownload, you can move that content to your iOS device while plugged in to a computer with a USB cable.
