MacBook Air 2013 doesnt start after accidental ...

Yesterday I was installing latest OS X update from Mac AppStore. Accidentally closed the lid. After I opened it nothing happened and pushed power for 10 sec. After I start MacBook Air 2013 again it shows just black screen with white apple and nothing happening for hours.

 

What have I done: Recovery mode - disk is ok. OS X reinstall - OK. After 1 stage it boots up again into black screen with white apple. Verbose mode - can't start, safe mode - can't start.

 

p.s. disk is encrypted.
