Stock plugins buttons positions jumping around

An example of the behaviour:

1) I change the value of the threshold in the compression window

2) I change focus from threshold to release by clicking on the release button

3) I change the value of the release and the threshold button auto-magically jumps back to its previous value

This behaviours seem to occur only within stock plugins widnows with the revamped blue look.

This doesn't happen when I use the "scroll wheel" to change the value. Only with click and drag.

Also, i started noticing it after the latest update (10.3.2).

I have a 2017 MPB 13 with touchbar
