Macbook pro 13'' (2017)

Hi all,
i am planning to buy the new macbook pro 13'' and i appreciate if you could give me some piece of advice!  I chose the one that has the following features:
1.  2.3GHz dual-core 7th-generation Intel Core i5 processor,
2.  8gb RAM.

What i usually do :
1.  Multitsaking
2.  MATLAB
3.  R
4.  Python

Do you think that the above laptop with 8gb RAM is going to meet my needs or i should look for something else ? Maybe something with bigger Ram?
