WiFi Connection Problem

In order to connect to the WiFi at my school, you have to sign in using your school ID/password. I reset my school password and when I tried to update my WiFi on my MacBook Pro, it would not let me enter a new password. It doesn't even give me an option, it just says it cannot connect.

Please someone tell me how to fix this? I need to be able to get onto the internet for school and don't know what to do.

You go and see the person at your school who is responsible for the computers, and explain, just as you did above.

You will probably be the third person this week, not counting the ten who just "forgot" their passwords.

No big deal. No one will hold this against you, or blame you for doing something wrong. The worst is they may give you a little explanation about how to avoid this problem in future.
