The itunes sign

Can't get past itunes sign-on.

 

The itunes sign-in page does not accept the entry of my valid id and pw. It just repeats and does not open my account, What to do?

Thanks for that info and choosing the Apple Support Communities. If I understand correctly, you are unable to sign in to your Apple ID in iTunes on your Mac. To help resolve your issue, please make sure iTunes and your Mac are up to date and then restart your Mac. If you're still having this issue, please go to appleid.apple.com and make sure your Apple ID and password work on that website to sign in.
