I have bought a new Computer but cannot get Itu...

I have a new HP Computer with 8 Ram of Memory, 1TB Storage and i5 intel processor.

I cannot get Itunes to recognize my computer.  I went into to my account and clicked on Authorize this computer and went back to my account and it is not showing in devices list.

Sounds like a connectivity and compatibility issue instead

Look into and Try this:

If iTunes doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support

I did contact support and they fixed it.
