Uploading my  Android Music to iTunes

I had an Android phone with music on it.  I just purchase an iPhone and want to have access to the music on the phone.  I have moved the music from the Android to my Windows PC.  I’d prefer that the music be in the cloud so I figured I would use iTunes.  I also want the music to be accesible from my iPad.  Unfortunately, no one at Verizon or Apple Support can help me get my music  in  to iTunes.  I’m not even sure that it shouldn’t be in iCloud.  Can you assist?

If the songs are on your Windows PC, add them to your iTunes library.  Then sync your phone:
