how do i get my current apple key board to work...

I just purchased a new mac mini replacement and cannot get

my current stand-alone apple keyboard to work with the new

computer.....can you help??

I would assume you are using a bluetooth keyboard.

If you still can boot up from the old mac mini -- go to "system preferences" --> "bluetooth" - to remove the keyboard.

Then your new Mac Mini should see the new keyboard to connect it.

If this is too complex, you can borrow any wired keyboard and mouse, to access "system preferences" --> from there, you can connect the bluetooth keyboard.

Thank you for the reply. My old mac mini doesn't recognize a keyboard anymore, but the new one does't

either. I'll try the wired keyboard, if I can find one lying around. Take care. jlh
