Anyone knows what does really mean iTunes Error9?

Dear Folks,

I have been researching a lot, even I checked the famous official page, but without success:

Even that page doesn't explain in detail or clarify what means the iTunes Error9 that is appearing while I tried to Restore an iPhone6Plus_128GB using latest iTunes12 today and USB cable.

I tried all the Apple suggestions made in above web, and even there is not any explanation what does mean such error, besides this fuzzy text:

The iPhone [device name] could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (9).

Latest iTunes installed version is working good during the Restoring process, and even the iPhone reached the state where it shows the Apple white logo and the Grey progress bar below it; but doesn't go beyond that point (simply FYI, iTunes last step before the error was saying "Verifying iPhone restore...")

So, anybody really knows what means the iTunes 'Error9' when it is reported?

(After plenty of research I was not able to find any detailed explanation of it anywhere in the whole web).

Thanks in advance for any further enlightenment, after checking in these Apple communities, seems that I am not the only one wondering the same.
