Hacked Phone

I was on Vacation and someone (Not Me) spent $99 plus $14.99 a month that I am being billed for and I cannot get in touch with Apple Music or whomever this bill was made. My email said to cancel by the end of August to avoid the $14.99 monthly cost. I tried the link to talk or cancel: It didn't work. I have changed my password but can not find any where to Cancel. All emails have been returned or refused. Where do I go from here?

To stop an iTunes auto-renewing subscription (assuming that the emails that you've received are genuine emails from iTunes and not phishing emails) : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

For the $99 have you checked your iTunes account's purchase history (and family members accounts if you are a family organiser in family sharing) : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support ?

If it shows there but you didn't buy it, and if nobody else has access to the account and did it, contact iTunes Support : https://reportaproblem.apple.com or  https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

If it doesn’t show on your account but is on your credit card statement, (and if it isn’t : About payment card authorization holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support) contact the card issuer

If you received an email about an unfamiliar purchase, it might be a phishing scam. Don't call, email or click on any links. Just delete the email and you'll be fine.

To confirm if the purchase was really made, log into your Apple ID/iTunes account directly and check your billing or purchase history. You can also file for a refund from there.
