If I restore my iMac (2017) will it keep the factory installed apps like Pages, Numbers, etc.?

I'd like to start fresh and wipe everything, but I'm scared that the factory installed apps will also be erased. I do want all the other apps to be deleted however. Any advise or information will be appreciated.

All apps will be deleted, but you can just re-download the Pages, Numbers and Keynote apps from the Mac App Store since they are free.

Also if you've used them at least once, they would have become associated with your Apple ID, and you can download them then from the Purchased section of the Mac App Store also.
