iPad Pro [not] mac

I have a new iPad pro. Apparently it needs to be restored every two weeks, but so far for different reasons. Anyone else? I was told by support I will get used to it...

That’s not normal. At least going by my experience with my iPad 2 and my mini 4

Perhaps if you told us why it needs to be restored and what the issue is folks here can suggest other options.
