for some reason, some of my downloaded songs ha...

This morning, i tried to watch something on Apple Music online. It said that im not on the US store so cannot watch the video, so i made peace with it as always(SA based). Afterwards i realized that all my downloaded music was gone. After struggling the whole day restarting phone multiple times, signing in and out of apple music etc etc, I finally got my music back in my library. But now more than half of the songs are greyed out, and when i try to play it, it says item unavailable. PLEASE HELP!?!?!?
