My Ipad Mini has error code 0XE8000015

My Ipad mini is disabled and cannot be unlocked through I tunes it comes up with the error code of 0XE8000015, someone please help before I go even more bonkers!!  Trying to speak to a human online where is apple support when you need it.

You can get Apple on Support chat and ask there. I've always had good luck with the folks that answer my problems via internet. I can't go to a Genius Bar (4 hr drive) so my interaction with email chat has been great.Give it a try. Here's the URL Contact - Official Apple Support
