my itunes gift card was not redeemable

I purchased a $50 iTunes gift card, but it redeemed  by someone else I called Apple three days ago and they ensured me that it in fact has been redeemed my someone else I don't know what to do is there anyway I can get a refund or something or another gift card?

You should bring it back to the store you bought it from and demand a refund from them.

Unfortunately, selling fraudulent gift cards is not rare.

Thank you for replying but what happens if I don't have the reciept?
