Adding a mov. from email to camera roll

i've been emailed a mov. from an iPhone to my ipad2. When I hold my finger on the mov., I only get the option to 'add to reading list', open, or 'copy', but I'm unable to copy it to anywhere. How can I save this file to my camera roll, or anywhere on my iPad, so that I may keep it forever, as it has limited availability. I can't find an app for this, nor do I get the 'save video'as an option, no matter what I do. Can anyone please help? Thank you

Is it a mov you took with your iPhone? Have you tried to upload it somewhere then download it to your iPad? There are things like dropbox or Onedrive.

If that mov is larger than 25 megs did it attach to your mail? Or is it just a link?
