macbook air 11 inch mid 2013 not charging not t...

my mackbook air 11 inch mid-2013 does not turn on and magsafe charger no light and no charging. Charger chabged and tried to turn on but still no light on charger and macbook air does not open. All keyboard tips aoolied but stil the problem exists.
