iPad 2017 having trouble with microphone

Hello Everyone,

I got a new iPad 5th Gen few days back. Now when i record a video with front camera everything is Ok. But when I record a video using the back camera and play it the loudness of the voice is less. By voice i mean my voice and the surrounding noise of people. I have recorded 10+ times using both cameras at same distance and level of noise but each time the back camera sound is low.I restored the iPad after it the issue resolved to some extent but not fully. Any one has any idea whether this is microphone problem or what?
