Red help synchronize iPad and cell text messages

i need help syncing my texts to an iPad and cell

go settings> messages> and then in text message forwarding and you should be able to see your iPad in there.

and in settings> phone> have switched on allow calls on other devices when near by and make sure the iPad you want is on in the settings there.

then all you need to do for the calls is to be on the same wifi network and near each other
