How to transfer downloaded music from iPhone to...

I am transferring the contents of my iPhone 6s (iOS 10.3.2) to my new iPhone 7. I have almost all of my music downloaded on my iPhone 6s (as opposed to streaming it off of the cloud every time I want to listen to it). However, when I open up my iTunes library is being stored on the cloud, and not on my computer (it's a new computer and so I have not previously copied any of my music onto it). I want to copy my music from my iPhone 6s to my computer, and not have to re-download all of my music! However, when I click transfer purchases from my iPhone 6, the only items which seem to be transferred are my podcasts?

How do I get my downloaded music onto my new computer from my iPhone without re-downloading it?
