This computer is no longer authorised

Hi

I am trying to sync my iTunes to my iPhone SE but it comes up with the error message "this computer is no longer authorised for apps that are installed on the iPhone..."

When I click to authorise and enter my apple ID it just returns to the original error message.

I have tried authorising via the accounts tab on iTunes. It does not come up with any error message but when I click to sync my iPhone it starts to work and then brings up the error message when it gets to "transferring purchases... step 3 of 6".

I only very recently updated to the latest version of iTunes and have not used another computer since purchasing my iPhone.
