Why did my music library and personal playlists...

Agreeing to a trial run of Apple Music seems to have removed all of my music from my phone. All of the music I had purchased and downloaded, any music I had uploaded from my home collection, any playlists that I had created? All gone. I cancelled Apple Music, but it still thinks I'm subscribed for 3 months. I want out, and I want all of my music back the way I had it!
