backups problem

hello i update my phone from iOS 10.2 to iOS 10.3.3 , after updated i erase all settings , but now i cant get backup from icloud its saying  :  no backups available , but in icloud its 1 backup , also i get backup from itunes but only apps not photos please i need your help ?

Is your phone running the same level of iOS as the one you backed up, or higher?  If not you won't see the backup until you update it.  Also make sure you signed into the iCloud account you backed up to.
