Apple Watch face pops out

Why does the Apple Watch face just pop out? It literally just popped out with no reason. It hardly ever gets worn. Wow. JUNKY construction! Is this a known defect?  Why does Apple not warrant defect this issue despite the warranty status of the watch? It seems like a clear manufacturing defect as it happens for no reason at all.
