Accidently changed my app store

Guys I really need your help I accidently changed my App Store to American and then an app called tv appeared on my home screen and now I think I've changed it back to Australian but I don't know how to check and the TV app is gone and my home screen is missing one app but I could've sworn it was full before I changed the App Store so is there a way to check what apps that have been deleted recently, I also have $4 in my account that doesn't sound right I thought I had $2 but the exchange rates don't work out for that. How do I check what region my App Store is in.

ps. Sorry about the long post I'm really worried

Your App Store will pick up the country from your iTunes account, what shows as the region / country on it (you can view it by logging into the account) ?

No, you can't see what's been deleted.
