Why isn’t my App Store working?

Hello my name is Nicole and for some reason my App Store isn’t working or loading it won’t let me download any of the apps I want I did everything I could and it still doesn’t let me I will appreciate it if I could get a response back or some kind of support please thank you !!

You are using beta software. Beta software is confidential and shouldn't be talked about here. Beta software is also known to have bugs.

Use the included Feedback Assistance app, and report this to Apple.

I don’t understand my cousin did this update on my phone he said my phone needed it and ever since then I’ve been getting lots of bugs is there a way to fix this ? or take this update away ? and by any chance is my App Store going to work again ?

What your cousin said is incorrect, as the latest iOS version is iOS 10.3.3 as of today.

According to Apple's Website, iOS 11 is coming this Fall.

I would suggest trying the steps in the above article, and report this bug using the Feedback Assistance app. Bugs are normal in beta software.

Wow thank you so much so when this new update ios 11 comes this fall and I update it will this go away ? and my App Store will work again I don’t have trouble with iTunes Store only my App Store and i don’t know what to do I’ve tried those steps and I still not working I have read the article but I don’t know what to do

You're welcome! When iOS 11 is released in the fall, yes you can remove the beta. If Apple is aware of this bug, I'm sure they will fix it, but I cannot guarantee when this will happen, as I don't work for Apple, and don't know myself. Be sure to report this bug in the included Feedback Assistance app.
