Password problem

My friend recently upgraded his ipad to ios 11(sorry for my english if its bad).He was using Turkish Q keyboard and his password was "£" before upgrading his ipad.Now he cant access his ipad because there is no "£" in the keyboard(or we couldnt find it).

I dont know i should ask this problem here or not. Thanks.
