macOS Sierra Screen Sharing

I use four iMacs at four different physical locations.  I enabled Screen Sharing on all four machines.  I use each of the four iMacs to remotely access the other three iMacs.

I am experiencing a problem with Screen Sharing, while running macOS Sierra, that did not occur while running previous OS X versions.

The remote iMac's behavior suggests that the local Shift key is pressed.  I observe this behavior when I use any of the four iMacs to access any of the three remaining iMacs remotely (six local-remote combinations).  As such, I have ruled out that all four keyboards have a stuck Shift key.

Has anyone experienced this issue?  Has anyone solved this issue?

Thank you.

I can't reproduce this.

Are you using Bomgar services , the end user must use control key and the second person can view the screen only and cannot control the system .

Hello, tygb.

Thank you for your prompt response.

I do not use Bomgar.

Vark Shark, I have the same issue and it only happens once I use the shift key during the screen sharing session. I run only Apple software on the remote mac and I have tried multiple ways to try to fix it without success. Hopefully someone can shed some light on the problem!

OK, so, maybe this work work for you as I seem to have had a little success with it. On the host mac that I was connecting to I downloaded the installer for ARD 3.9.3 (Download: Apple Remote Desktop 3.9.3 Client) and re-installed it and then restarted the Mac. So far it appears to be acting normally and I have attempted logging in multiple times, pressing the shift key and doing multiple things on the Mac. Maybe it might be worth a shot...
