Cannot turn on Allow Your Apple Watch to unlock your Mac.

This all started when I had to reset my Apple ID password yesterday. So far I've resigned in to my three devices (macbook pro, iPhone, Apple Watch), reset my watch, restarted all three devices, reset my Macbook pro's PRam, cycled Handoff on all three devices.

What am I missing?
