Mac Mini Tiger

When the Mac Mini Boots up the screen looks normal. After logging into the default user the screen looks correct, then a few seconds later all the colours go low, looks like they go into 256 colours. When you go into the Display manager, the setting is Million colours. I've also tried to do Colour Calibration, also no changes.

The Monitor has a Digital input. I've also changed cable and Monitor.

If I fiddle with the input into the monitor. I eventually get the correct colours on the Display.
